Shipping Information
Pheasantcigars.com uses one of three shipping services, those are : USPS, FedX, and UPS. If an order is received by 2:00pm EST Monday through Thursday (and it is in stock) the order will ship within 24 hours and Friday thru Sunday orders will ship on Monday. Once the order leaves our location, standard delivery time within the U.S. usually ranges from 3-7 days depending on the shipping service you have selected. You may view your shipment tracking information by checking your current active orders in the Account section of the site.

Checking Order Status at Pheasantcigars.com
Review your recent e-mail messages from Pheasantcigar.com. Our order confirmation e-mail includes a tracking number for the shipper you have chosen. If you can’t find your tracking number, forward a copy of your order confirmation, including your name, order number, and email address to [service@pheasantcigars.com].
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service department at service@pheasantcigars.com or Call 1-702-368-1700 for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials. Note: we do not accept smoked cigars as damaged material. All damaged products must be called to attention pheasantcigars.com within 3 days of your receiving the product.
Returns/Refunds
We have a no questions asked policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. First, you will request a return authorization from our customer service department at: 1-702-368-1700 or email us at service@pheasantcigars.com. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time ( there are rare exceptions to this rule ). Note: we must receive the returned cigars in ’like-quality’ packaging and we will not accept damaged cigars that return with no padding or protective packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product pheasantcigars.com will credit your account.
Canceling an Order after it has been Submitted
At Pheasantcigars.com, we begin working on your order minutes after you submit it. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate if changes are possible. We guarantee your satisfaction and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So, if you have made an error with your order, rest assured that we do everything we can to remedy the situation.
